Kerkini Boras buffalo kebabs are frozen and come in a 5kg box. Each piece weighs 60g.
You can grill Kerkini buffalo kebabs on a grill or in a pan, but also on a platter or in the oven. You can serve them in a portion (8 pieces or 6 with garnish) but ideally in a sandwich with bread or pita.
The product is frozen to ensure it reaches you without the risk of spoilage. You should defrost it in the refrigerator, and bake it after letting it come to room temperature. Alternatively, you can bake it frozen over medium heat.
