We made a unique sausage with a traditional Greek recipe from our region from 100% Kerkini buffalo meat. The special vegetables such as Greek onions and garlic as well as herbs combine with each other and create a unique sausage that "smells" of Greece.

100% buffalo sausage is a heat-treated product. You will find it in a 250g package and a professional 750g. It can be consumed after first baking it for 3 minutes.
If you want to add 100% buffalo sausage to recipes, it is ideal for pizzas, peinirli and of course egg recipes as well as traditional appetizers. On the grill or barbeque it is preferable not to cut them so that they retain all their flavor.
The 100% buffalo sausage is made from fine buffalo and pork from Kerkini without the addition of gluten, which is why it stands out for its rich flavor and texture. It also has a high protein content.
Ideally, after opening, to preserve it in your refrigerator, you should wrap it with food film so that it does not dehydrate with refrigeration. You can consume it even 1 week after opening its packaging at a temperature of 4 to 6 degrees, which is the usual temperature of your refrigerator.
