You can grill the Kerkini buffalo steak on a grill or in a pan. The ideal grilling temperatures that will retain all the flavor are as follows: Medium Rare: In the center of the meat, its temperature is 54°C-57°C and it has an intense pink color.Medium: Dark brown color on the outside of the meat and light pink in the center at 58°C – 62°C.
