Following the traditional recipe, today we make kavourma with the addition of Greek buffalo meat, along with sheep and pork. The meat is boiled for a long time with herbs, spices, and vegetables. It is later drained and placed in special moulds than squeeze the product until it is completely drained. The result is unique, creating a product that's relatively low in fact (9.4g per 100gr) as well as rich in iron and protein (27g per 100gr).Our kavourma is a patented product, secured by the Hellenic Industrial Property Organization.
