
About the recipe
A very easy and quick recipe with the unique buffalo kebabs... made from selected Greek buffalo meat from Kerkini and sheep, from animals from our region. Together with grilled vegetables, they make the ultimate meal for your company or family.

Materials:
2 packages of Boras Buffalo Kebabs (12 kebabs)
6 tomatoes
6 onions
6 peppers
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar with honey and mustard
thyme, cumin, smoked paprika
salt, pepper
fresh parsley
6 wide metal skewers (or large bamboo skewers)
Execution:
Preparation for the vegetables:
Wash our vegetables well and let them dry well. Cut the tomatoes in half and in a large bowl squeeze them a little by hand to release their juices. In the same bowl add the peppers cut into thick pieces and the onions in half.
Add the salt, cumin, pepper, thyme and olive oil to the bowl with the vegetables and mix well with your hands. Add the balsamic vinegar and mix well so that all the vegetables are incorporated with the spices and vinegar. Leave the bowl in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Execution:
Remove the kebabs from their packaging and let them defrost thoroughly.
We sprinkle them with a little olive oil and then thread them onto metal skewers, placing 3 on each skewer and the vegetables in between.
Place the skewers with the kebabs and vegetables on a baking sheet and add a little olive oil, the chopped garlic, the leftover vegetables and a little parsley. Bake in a preheated oven on the grill at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through.
Serve the skewers on a platter, pouring over the juice from the pan and accompanying with french fries and toasted bread.
