About the recipe

A very quick and easy recipe with buffalo oregano sausages that, with their unique flavor, will give the otherwise simple recipe a special character.

Materials:

  • 1 package of Buffalo Oregano Sausages Boras

  • 2 potatoes

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 50g fresh cow's butter

  • 1 small glass of white wine

  • 2 tbsp honey mustard

  • thyme

  • cumin

  • salt, pepper

Execution:

  1. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes in boiling water and then cut them into large cubes. In a pan, add the olive oil and sauté the potatoes until caramelized, adding the thyme, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Then add the sliced Buffalo Oregano Sausages from Boras. Mix well until golden brown.

  3. Add the mustard to the glass of wine and mix well with a fork until it becomes a mixture. Simmer with the mixture in the pan, adding the butter.

  4. With a wooden spoon, scrape the bottom and stir. Cook until the sauce thickens.

  5. Serve with some fresh chives...
