
About the recipe
A quick and very tasty snack with Buffalo smoked Noir on crispy bruschetta with yellow mozzarella sauce and boiled corn... A unique suggestion for a delicious snack that you will ideally accompany with a cold beer or red wine. Of course...YOU CAN!!!

Materials:
Ingredients for 4 large bruschettas:
200 gr. Buffalo Smoked Noir - Boras
1 large drumstick or two small ones
extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 cloves garlic
200 g yellow mozzarella
4 tbsp boiled corn (canned)
fresh oregano, pepper, salt
Execution:
Cut the large baguette in half and then the 2 pieces crosswise. Mash the garlic cloves well with a fork and then sprinkle each slice with olive oil and distribute by spreading the garlic with a knife.
Bake our slices in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes in air at 170 degrees.
In a small bowl, add the tomato paste, 1 tsp. water, a little olive oil, the freshly chopped oregano, a little salt and mix well. Spread the sauce on each slice with a small spoon.
In a bowl, mix the corn (we have drained it well), the grated mozzarella and the smoked buffalo nougat cut into strips. Divide the mixture among the baguette slices and bake for about 7-8 minutes in a preheated oven until the cheese melts and takes on a nice color.
We serve our bruschetta with a little more freshly ground oregano and eat them while they are still warm...
