About the recipe

We chose a low-fat Buffalo sausage [only 2.7%], Buffalo Pastrami made from 100% Greek Kerkini Buffalo meat, with a high iron content [19mg] and protein [21%] to make a refreshing summer salad.

Materials:

  • 2 packages of Buffalo Pastrami slices

  • Lettuce

  • Radicchio

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Honey mustard

  • Extra virgin olive oil


  • pink pepper

Execution:

Preparation: We make a very simple salad with a sauce of olive oil and sweet mustard. First, we will take the slices of Buffalo Pastrami out of the refrigerator and leave them at room temperature for about 5 minutes so that all the aromas and essential oils from the herbs and spices "come out" to the surface. For the salad, we use whatever vegetables we want. We chose lettuce, radicchio and tomato. We put our cold vegetables and the tomato in a frozen bowl and then add the Buffalo Pastrami cut into strips.

We mix the ingredients with our hands and add the sauce of virgin Greek olive oil and sweet mustard. It is very appropriate to add a few grains of sweet pink pepper. A special salad that is an "injection" of energy and flavor... enjoy...
