About the recipe

In the following recipe, we create an energizing and delicious breakfast with high nutritional value and flavor...

Materials:

  • 2 smoked buffalo sausages with mozzarella BORAS

  • 3 farm eggs

  • 1 small potato, sliced

  • 50ml evaporated milk

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • dried thyme

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • salt, pepper

Execution:

  1. Cut the potato into slices and fry it in olive oil.

  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs until the mixture is fluffy and then add the milk, pepper, salt and thyme.

  3. In a frying pan, add a little olive oil and sauté the sliced buffalo sausages along with the chopped onion.

  4. Then add the fried potatoes and sauté a little more.

  5. Lower the heat and, taking the pan off the heat for a moment, add the egg mixture. Stir lightly and then cook for a few more minutes on low heat.

  6. Serve with freshly chopped thyme.
