
About the recipe
A burger with a Greek flavor... Juicy buffalo kebab from Kerkini combined with cool tzatziki and hot peppers!!

Materials:
2 packages of BORAS Buffalo Kebab
Tzatziki (or alternatively Russian salad or plain strained yogurt)
chopped tomato, cucumber, onion, hot chilli pepper.
lettuce
country potatoes
Execution:
Thaw the BORAS Buffalo Kebabs in the refrigerator overnight (alternatively, bake them directly from the package on low heat and in double the time).
Ideally, we bake them on a plate or non-stick pan for about 7 minutes on each side for medium doneness and a juicy result. In a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes and over charcoal for about 16 minutes (8 minutes for each side).
Place the lettuce on the base of the bun, then the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and hot chilli pepper. Add a spoonful of tzatziki or alternatively Russian salad or plain yogurt.
Place 2 BORAS Buffalo Kebabs while they are hot and a few whole onion rings. Serve with coarsely chopped country potatoes.
