
About the recipe
Traditional Buffalo Burgers are kneaded from fine buffalo and pork minced meat from Kerkini, herbs, and spices and are characterized by the intense flavor of buffalo meat, giving a delicious gastronomic result.

Materials:
1 package of BORAS Buffalo Burgers (4 pieces)
4 eggs
4 slices of smoked pork Porchetta
romaine lettuce
tomato
mustard
ketchup
potatoes
Execution:
Thaw the BORAS Buffalo Burgers in the refrigerator overnight (alternatively, cook them directly from the package on low heat and in double the time).
We ideally bake them on a plate or non-stick pan after pressing them with our hands for about 7 minutes on each side for medium doneness and a juicy result.
In a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes and over charcoal for about 12 minutes (6 minutes for each side).
In a frying pan, prepare our eggs with a little butter and fry them with the yolk. In the same frying pan, fry the slices of BORAS smoked pork Porchetta until crispy on both sides.
Place the mustard and ketchup, the arugula leaves, and the romaine lettuce (you will find them in ready-made salads at SM) on the base of the bun. Then the tomato slice and season with salt and pepper.
Place the BORAS Buffalo Burger while it is hot, place a slice of BORAS baked smoked pork Porchetta and finally carefully place the egg.
Serve with french fries sprinkled with kefalotyri cheese.
