About the recipe
A recipe with an oriental flavor where buffalo burgers are the protagonists with their unique flavor. The crust of spices that “embrace” them create a spicy character for those who want something different. Of course…YOU CAN!!!

Materials:
1 package of Boras Buffalo Burgers (4 burgers)
4 tbsp olive oil
1 egg white
2 tbsp dried coriander (seeds)
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp thyme
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sumac
1 tsp green pepper (corns)
Execution:
Preparation: Thaw the Boras Buffalo Burgers in the refrigerator the day before. The next day, remove them from the refrigerator, wrap them in cling film and leave them at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
In a mortar, place the coriander seeds and green peppercorns and crush them. Add the remaining spices and beat well to combine.
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and beat the egg white with a little water in a deep dish.
On a piece of parchment paper, spread the spices. Spread the patties a little with your hands, pressing them lightly, and then coat them on both sides with the egg white and water mixture. (They shouldn't be too moist, so set them aside for a while.)
Then we oil our buffalo burgers and press them into the spices we have on the parchment paper on both sides. We repeat the same process for all the burgers.
Preheat our oven to 180 degrees and place our burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with a little olive oil and cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Bake for about 20 minutes and then remove the aluminum foil and bake until the crust is caramelized, turning the burgers after 5 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and fresh salad…
