
About the recipe
We all love spaghetti and in this recipe, together with the special Buffalo Sausages made from 100% Greek Buffalo meat, they are cooked uniquely. A food that young and old will love. Of course…YOU CAN!!!

Materials:
2 packages of 100% Buffalo Sausages – BORAS
1 package Spaghetti No. 5
500 g grated tomato
1 tsp tomato paste
2 green peppers, chopped
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
fresh basil
4 tbsp olive oil
oregano
1 tsp sugar
salt, pepper
Execution:
In a deep frying pan, sauté the chopped onion with the garlic and peppers. Once they caramelize and take on color, add the 100% Buffalo Boras sausages cut into slices. Mix well and then add the tomato paste, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper. Once the paste starts to sauté, add the grated tomatoes and stir. Lower the heat and cover with a lid. Bake for about 15 minutes.
Boil the spaghetti for half the time indicated on the package and, without draining them, place them in a deep Pyrex dish using a large fork or tongs.
Pour 2+1/2 cups of the water we boiled the pasta in into the sauce and stir.
Once it comes to a boil, transfer the mixture with the sauce and buffalo sausages to the pyrex dish over the spaghetti and stir.
Add the chopped basil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, after first covering the pyrex dish with aluminum foil. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 5 minutes or so to allow the sauce to thicken.
Once we take it out of the oven, stir and leave it covered for the spaghetti to absorb the sauce for about 5 minutes.
Ideally sprinkle with grated feta cheese and a little basil.
